Jin-roh's evil plot

I really wish I could come up with a better name for this character! I like how Jin-Roh sounds, but it was just a name I saw and liked; I wish I could come up with a more fitting and meaningful name, but I can't come up with anything. A Punchinello is the closest archetype, but I can't come up with a name out of that word... (I'd appreciate any name suggestions!)

This started as merely experimenting as to what the color scheme would be, but ended up turning into a full-blown digital coloring. The drawing was done without the intention of a background, so it doesn't blend as well together as it could.

I forget how long I took on this. It was, as I originally intended, an experimental time in Photoshop. The shading is done entirely by masking Inner Shadow effects and layering with different blending effects.

I didn't have a scanner, so I just took the best picture of it I could and used that for the base lines (and some texture).
